Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Earrings, underwear, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colours of the same item, subject to availability.

If your preferred size/colour is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
